Jake Productions was founded in 2004, by vastly experienced British Producer John Bernard. With offices in both Monaco and with its French partner “Peninsula Film” in Paris, the company’s entire raison d’être is to provide a vastly modernized and more competitive approach to Production Servicing in France.
Despite trading since only 2004, Jake Productions already boasts a formidable list of credits which includes “Munich”, “Devil Wears Prada”, “The Sopranos”, “Entourage”, “The Bourne Ultimatum”, “Rush Hour 3”, “The Happening” and “National Treasure 2”, as well as numerous TV commercials for UK companies such as Partizan, RSA and Mad Cow Films.
In 2007, Jake Productions welcomed Xavier Wakefield, an established Producer from London, who’s own resume includes over 500 commercials, pop videos and photo shoots, as well as work on the recent movies “Hitman” & “National Treasure 2”. Xavier has shot in over 15 countries worldwide and now handles all commmercials and photo shoots.
Both JB and Xavier’s careers have spanned over 20 years, both have worked internationally and both have risen through the ranks of Assistant Director and Location Manager culminating in an exceptional knowledge of film production and, most importantly, Production Servicing.
In short, Jake Productions is a young company with a remarkable pedigree.
